Recipe Ingredients for a twist on fried fish

30 chips Sweet Potato Chips
5 oz Flounder Fresh Seafood
2 oz 100% Pure Canola Oil
1/2 oz FAGE Total classic

Recipe Directions for a twist on fried fish

  1. drain the flounder on paper towels

  2. Add salt and pepper to taste

  3. crush the sweet potato chips to crumbs

  4. coat the fish with yogurt and then dredge in the crumbs.

  5. Heat the oil in a skillet at medium.

  6. When the oil is hot, add the fish. Cook for about 3 minutes a side, turning once.

  7. Drain on paper towels, serve with your favorite vegetables.
