I love twiced baked potato but always break the shells so i just make it up and bake in a pan in the oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Twiced Baked Potato Casserole

4 potatoes, med, baked
2 tbl butter with salt
2 tbl reduced fat sour cream
2 tbl sour cream
2 oz reduced fat cream cheese
2 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese
3 serving Bacon
2 oz diced onion

Recipe Directions for Twiced Baked Potato Casserole

  1. diced potato with skins on, dice bacon and fry until crisp.

  2. then mash potatoes with both sour creams,cream cheese, and butter

  3. stir in bacon,cheddar cheese, and onion

  4. taste for salt and pepper.

  5. bake at 400 until warmed thru and cheese is melty.

  6. for extra layer of flavor "bake" the potatoes on the grill
