Like a loaded baked potato, but made with cauliflower instead.

Recipe Ingredients for Twiced Baked Cauliflower

1 head, large (6-7" dia)(840 g) Cauliflower
6 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6 clove Garlic
1 oz Bacon
1 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured
1 cup Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Twiced Baked Cauliflower

  1. 1 - cook bacon and save a small amount of fat to cook the diced onions and garlic

  2. 2 - Chop the cauliflower in small dices and microwave for 5 minutes

  3. 3 - Combine the sauteed onions, chopped bacon and pre-cooked cauliflower in a large mixing bowl. Add the sour cream, salt and pepper and mix.

  4. 4 - Put into an oven safe dish and sprinkle cheese on top

  5. 5 - Bake at 350 for @25-30 minutes
