Recipe Ingredients for Twice Baked Pototoes

3 baking potatoes
1/2 c fat free sour cream
1/4 c fat free milk
1 T butter
1 t garlic salt
1/4 t pepper
3 oz cheddar cheese, sliced into 3 slices

Recipe Directions for Twice Baked Pototoes

Bake potatoes until tender. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out pulp into a bowl; reserve shell. Combine pulp with all remaining ingredients, except cheese and mash until smooth. Divide mixture equally among 6 shell halves. Top with 1/2 oz slice of cheese and bake for 15 min at 350 degrees.
