Very yummy but evidentally unhealthy side dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Twice Baked Potatoes

2 2/3 cup of water
1 stick of butter
1 cup of sour cream
3 ounces of cream cheese
2 1/3 cup of instant mashed potatoes
1 Salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Twice Baked Potatoes

  1. Melt butter into water. Add cream cheese and sour cream until melted. Whisk in instant mashed potatoes, salt and pepper.

  2. Forgotten ingredients; whisk in one egg. Spoon into an 8"x8" casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
