Twice Baked Potatoes (1/2 potato is full serving)

Recipe Ingredients for Twice Baked Potatoes

4 baking potatoes
4 tablespoon Milk
1 Salt to taste
2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Twice Baked Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Clean and scrub potatos. Pierce skin with a fork once or twice. Bake at 350 F for approximantely 1 hour or until potatos are soft and firm.

  3. Let potatoes cool slightly.

  4. Cut baked potatos in half and scoop out pulp with 1/4 inch of the shell edge.

  5. Mash the pulp with milk,salt and butter to taste.

  6. Stuff shells with mashed pulp mix sprinkle tops with grated cheese.

  7. Place potatos on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 15 min or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
