Recipe Ingredients for Twice-Baked Potato with Tahini

1 large potato
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp tarragon
1 tbsp sundried tomatoes
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 oz. shallots

Recipe Directions for Twice-Baked Potato with Tahini

  1. Bake potato, cut in half lengthwise, scoop out innards

  2. Mix potato with tahini, tarragon, parmesan

  3. Restuff potato halves, bake for 15 mins.

  4. Meanwhile, fry shallots in oil until browned. Use as topping.
