Recipe Ingredients for Twice baked Potato

1 serving Sour Cream Light Grade A Dairy
1 ounce fat free cheddar cheese
1 T green onions
1 medium potato, baked
1/2 T Light Spread

Recipe Directions for Twice baked Potato

Bake potato or microwave wrapped in a paper towel until soft. (About 6 minutes) Preheat oven to 400. Carefully scoop potato out of skins. Mix a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients, saving half of the cheese for topping. Scoop mixture back into skins, top with cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbly and melted.
