Recipe Ingredients for Twice Baked Potato

1 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 oz Light Sour Cream
1 oz Vegetable Oil Spread
0.13 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Twice Baked Potato

  1. Wrap potato in foil and bake for 55 minutes.

  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop potato out of the skins and into a bowl.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and beat until fluffy.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
