Twice Baked Potato with cheese and Broccoli

Recipe Ingredients for twice Baked Potato

3 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 tbsp Butter
2 small (3" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 oz Fat Free Cheddar
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
4 tbsp Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured

Recipe Directions for twice Baked Potato

  1. Bake Potatoes, Cavity out the skins(keep them) Mash

  2. Boil Broccoli and chop

  3. Mix all ingredients

  4. restufff potato skins

  5. bake for 8 min
