Recipe Ingredients for Twice Baked Mash

10 oz yukon gold potatoes
30 g light sour cream
1 clove garlic
2 slices center cut bacon
1 green onion
2 oz low-fat cheddar cheese
1 tsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Twice Baked Mash

  1. Boil the potatoes, drain, and mash.

  2. Add the sour cream, margarine, garlic and half of the cheese bacon and onion.

  3. Mix together.

  4. Top with remaining ingredients.
