Recipe Ingredients for Tvp Stroganoff

1 tablespoon margarine
1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup vegetable broth
6 ounces textured vegetable protein, crumbles
4 ounce sliced mushrooms, drained
1 onion salt, to taste
1 garlic, to taste
1/2 cup yoghurt
2 cups cooked brown rice

Recipe Directions for Tvp Stroganoff

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat

  2. Saute onions until soft

  3. Add broth, crumbles and mushrooms

  4. Season to taste

  5. Add yoghurt

  6. Heat through

  7. Serve over rice
