Recipe Ingredients for Tuscan white bean kale soup

10 oz white beans
1 quart low sodium chicken broth
4 cups kale
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 anchovies, chopped
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 t. thyme

Recipe Directions for Tuscan white bean kale soup

Sautee onion and garlic in 1T. olive oil. Add chopped kale and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken broth, 6 anchovies, and salt and pepper to taste.
