Recipe Ingredients for Tuscan Tuna and White Bean Salad

15 1/2 ounces canned cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
1/2 cup red onion, halved and thinly sliced
5 ounces chunk light tuna in water
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped (can use 1 tablespoon dry)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cups baby arugula

Recipe Directions for Tuscan Tuna and White Bean Salad

In a bowl, combine beans, red onion, tuna, tomatoes, olives, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper, tossing gently to combine. Stir in arugula. Serve.
