A lighter, fresher version of tuna salad

Recipe Ingredients for Tuscan Tuna Salad Wrap

2 serving Premium Chunk Light Tuna In Water
15 oz Black Eyed Peas, Organic
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
8 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
10 tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
6 serving(28 g) Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita Size Tortillas Flour
1 fruit (2-3/8" dia) Lemons
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Tuscan Tuna Salad Wrap

  1. Drain and rinse beans, drain tuna.

  2. Chop scallions, and cut tomatoes in half.

  3. Mix tuna, beans, tomatoes, scallions in small bowl.

  4. Squeeze juice of lemon in bowl, toss with oil ,and salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Spread one tortilla with hummus and one fifth of the tuna salad.
