2 large hearty atichokes sauced with a honey balsamic vinaigretteC

Recipe Ingredients for Tuscan Spring Atichokes w/ Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 artichokes
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh basil
1 garlic clove
2 tsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Tuscan Spring Atichokes w/ Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Cut artichokes 2 in half

  2. Marinate artichokes in red wine vinegar( 10 minutes)

  3. Combine the remainder of the ingredients

  4. remove artichokes from marination and toss in vinaigrette
