Recipe Ingredients for Tuscan Lemon Muffins

3.25 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
2.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 container Greek Yogurt
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.25 cup Olive Oil
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 large Egg, Whole
0.13 cup Turbinado Sugar

Recipe Directions for Tuscan Lemon Muffins

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients except turbinado

  2. Mix all the wet ingredients

  3. Mix both together and pour into muffin cups

  4. Sprinkle top with turbinado

  5. Bake 18 min at 375
