32 oz Cannellini Beans
4 1tsp Olive Oil
6 cup, chopped Kale
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tbsp Sage, Ground
4 cup Vegetable Stock

Recipe Directions for Tuscan Kale and White Bean Soup

  1. Drain and rinse canned beans.

  2. Heat oil in large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add kale and cook 3-4 minutes or until bright green. Add beans, garlic, sage, and stock and cook 3-4 min or until hot enough for you. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
