Recipe Ingredients for Tuscan Chicken Stew

24 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 tsp Fennel Seed
1/2 tsp Fennel Seed
1 tsp, leaves Basil, Dried
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
15 oz Beans Cannellini
14 1/2 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
6 oz Organic Baby Spinach

Recipe Directions for Tuscan Chicken Stew

  1. Cut chicken ino 1 inch cubrd. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 10 minutes or until browned. Remove chicken from skillet. Add onin and fennel seed; cook and stir on medium heat 5 minutes or until tender.

  2. Stir in beans, tomatoes, red wine, remaining spsices and salt. Bring to boil, stirring frequenty. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet.

  3. Stirin spinach. Cover. Copk 5 minutes longer or until spinach is wilted.
