Recipe Ingredients for tuscan chicken soup

2 cups chicken breast
2 zucchini
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper
300 g white kidney beans
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
3 cups chicken broth
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
2 cups kale

Recipe Directions for tuscan chicken soup

Saute onion, garlic, carrots, celery until soft. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, chicken, kale, and herbs and bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add red pepper flakes, salt, zucchini and beans and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
