Recipe Ingredients for Tuscan Chicken

3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.3 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.3 cup chopped Red Onion
4 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
0.75 Can Artichoke
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.3 cup, diced Celery
1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, Organic
1 serving Bell Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
4 sprigs Parsley

Recipe Directions for Tuscan Chicken

Cook chicken at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until done, and then dice. Combine chicken and veggies, all chopped. Whisk together liquid ingredients and chopped herbs/spices. Mix all ingredients together.
