Chop Red Peppers, Onion, and Shallot.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuscan Chicken

1/2 cup Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Organic
0.25 cup, sliced Onions
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 clove Garlic
6 oz Chicken
1 cup Spinach
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 tbsp Pepper, Black
0.25 cup Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Tuscan Chicken

  1. Layer bottom of slow cooker with onion, shallot, garlic, and beans.

  2. Place chicken on top of layers and add chicken stock.

  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and rodemary.

  4. Place red peppers and spinnach on to chicken.

  5. Cook for 5 hours on medium.
