Recipe Ingredients for Tuscan Beans

4 cup dry Dried Black Beans
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tablespoon(2 g) Sage

Recipe Directions for Tuscan Beans

Cover beans, cannelini, navy, or pea beans sorted and rinsed. Soak overnight. Drain and cover with cold water. Add pepper amd Tablespoon of fresh rubbed sage and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until beans are tender about 1-2 hours. When soft but not mushy, drain and stir in additional sage garlic and salt to taste.
