184 grams parsnips
108 grams turnip
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
34 grams onion

Recipe Directions for Turnip and Parsley Baked

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place diced vegetables into a bowl.

  3. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper and toss.

  4. Roast in oven until veggies have lightly browned around the edges and are tender, about 45 minutes.

  5. Stir once during cooking process.
