Makes 10 servings



Southern favorite, greens with smoked turkey. If you don't like turnip greens you can use collards and or mustard greens too. This dish is very flavorful.

Recipe Ingredients for Turnip greens w/ Smoked turkey

3 lbs of turnip greens
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 1/2 lbs Smoked Turkey

Recipe Directions for Turnip greens w/ Smoked turkey

  1. Boil a pot of 2-3 cups of water. Once the water begins to rise, add the turkey parts such as legs, negs, or wings.

  2. Rinse 4 bags of Glory Greens fresh turnip greens, chop 1 medium sized onion and add both to the boiling water.

  3. Add seasonings and stir. Allow greens to boil down on med-low heat for 45min-1 hour depending on how you prefer the texture of your greens.

  4. Enjoy!
