16 oz Turnip Greens
8 oz (Bob Evans) Pork Sauage
140 grams Onions

Recipe Directions for Turnip Greens, Sausage Style

cut greens into half inch strips, do not use the first three inches of the larger stalks, put in large pot, cover with water, cover and bring to boil. Fry the sausage, drain, then add to boiling greens. Cook about a half hour, depending on toughness of greens and how well you like them cooked. Serve in bowl...eat. You also can determine on how spicy you want this. I like mine hot and smoky (flavor added). For collard greens boil for about an hour and a half.
