This is a slight adjustment to the recipe already posted I made some changes to work with what I had on hand - Taste Great and so easy -

Recipe Ingredients for Turnip Green Soup

6 cup, chopped Turnip Greens
14.5 oz Diced with Basil Garlic and Oregano No Salt Added Tomatoes
15.5 oz Great Northern Beans
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.5 tsp Oregano, Ground

Recipe Directions for Turnip Green Soup

  1. Cut Fresh turnip greens into thick slices about 6 cups

  2. boil in water until slightly tender, drain off water and rinse

  3. add whole can of Rinsed great northern beans (to reduce sodium)15.5 oz

  4. add whole can of diced tomatoes (no salted added varity) 14.5 oz

  5. and spices 1/2 teas of each

  6. 2 cups water

  7. heat until hot
