Kind of a coleslaw, fresh and crunchy

Recipe Ingredients for Turnip, Carrot and Apple Salad

1 turnip, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 apple, sliced
1 tablespoon red cabbage, sliced
2 scallions, sliced
1 teaspoon raisins
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Recipe Directions for Turnip, Carrot and Apple Salad

Slice the veggies and apple really thin, like little sticks. Mix the sauce ingredients in a large bowl, add all the veggies, apple and raisins. Mix well, cover and leave it in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours. Stir it once in a while and serve with your favorite meals.
