Recipe Ingredients for Turnip and apple cream soup

2 turnips
2 medium potatoes
1 apple
1 medium onion
1/5 liter stock
5 fl oz milk
1 salt, pepper, nutmeg
2 fl oz cream
1 tbsp oil (or butter)

Recipe Directions for Turnip and apple cream soup

  1. Fry onions in oil

  2. Add turnips, potatoes and apple (cut them to smaller pieces first)

  3. Mix and fry for a few minutes

  4. Add the stock, salt and pepper

  5. Cook it until veggies are soft (15-20 min)

  6. Mix with a grinder

  7. Add cream (if needed) and nutmeg

  8. Serve with toast (with cheese)
