Quick stir fry made with turmeric, my new favorite herb.

Recipe Ingredients for Turmeric Stir Fry

1 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
0.1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Turmeric Stir Fry

  1. Chop all veggies.

  2. Add oil to pan, set over medium high heat.

  3. Add turmeric to oil, toast (but don't burn).

  4. Add veggies when turmeric is toasted.

  5. Cook until veggies begin to soften.

  6. Add salt to taste.

  7. Enjoy!
