Recipe Ingredients for Turkish Meatball

10 serving Ground Beef
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
4 tsp Cumin
4 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
5 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
2 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking

Recipe Directions for Turkish Meatball

  1. Mixed meat, onion, egg, Cumini pepper and salt by hand and make small balls.

  2. Place all the balls, sliced potatoes and peppers in to a oven tray together with oil and some salt and pepper.

  3. Baked 1 hour at 200 degree.
