Recipe Ingredients for Turkish manti with yogurt and tomato sause

80 g pasta, soft
20 g beef, minced
10 g onion, minced
170 ml water
1/4 salt
70 g yogurt, fresh
1/2 tbsp sunflower oil
10 ml tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Turkish manti with yogurt and tomato sause

  1. mix beef with onion, add salt and spices of your taste and 10 ml water

  2. roll pasta daugh up to 2-3 mm

  3. cut , cut to squares 2X2 cm

  4. put a little bit of meat to each and clip the sides

  5. place manti in boiling water and cook for 5 min

  6. rinse water

  7. put yogurt and tomato sause on top of cooked hot manti in each plate
