Meatballs made with ground turkey and wild rice

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Wild Rice Meatballs

1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
2 1/2 cups Cooked Wild Rice
1/3 cup Original Egg Beaters
1 1/2 cup Chicken Gravy
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 cups finely chopped mushrooms
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Wild Rice Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350d and spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except gravy.

  3. Form meatballs (whatever size you would like) and place into baking dish.

  4. Top each meatball with a small amount of gravy (To prevent dryness)

  5. Bake at 350d for about 1 hour or until cooked through.

  6. (If the tops of the meatballs start to get too brown, you can cover with aluminum foil for the last 20-30 minutes of the baking time).
