3 bell pepper
1/2 lbs ground turkey
1/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup squash
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup tomato
1 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for turkey and veggie stuffed bell peppers

  1. chop all veggies

  2. cook rice

  3. mix all

  4. cut top off bell peppers clean out inside, save top

  5. stuff bake at 350 about 45 mins
