Turkey, Squash, Broccoli, Tomato & Garbanzos

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Veggie Soup

1 1/4 lb of extra lean ground turkey
4 cups of fat free low sodium chicken broth
1 lb of squash
1/2 large sweet onion
1 stalk of broccoli
14 1/2 oz of diced tomatoes
1 3/4 cups of garbanzo beans
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
2 large carrots

Recipe Directions for Turkey Veggie Soup

  1. Pour in all of the broth. Add olive oil. Add a couple shakes of cayenne pepper and bay leaves.

  2. Add turkey. Let cook. Add tomatoes. Add onions.

  3. When turkey is cooked, add in garbanzos, squash, broccoli, and carrots.
