Recipe Ingredients for Turkey veggie quiche

2 eggs
1/2 mushroom
1/2 onions
1 cup broccoli
1 cup fresh spinach
2 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 oz Fresh Ground Turkey

Recipe Directions for Turkey veggie quiche

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375

  2. cut up the broccoli, onions, garlic,mushrooms,and fresh spinach... saute over medium heat all the veggies in non stick pan except garlic with 1tsp of virgin olive oil 2 minutes , then add the garlic in with the veggies for another minute..remove them into a bowl, set aside.

  3. then cook turkey in non stick pan making sure ground turkey is well chopped up in pan..

  4. in a small bowl add the 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk and scramble up add pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. In a small baking glass pan put the scramble egg /milk mixture in , and then add 2 oz of grated sharp cheddar cheese, and add the veggies from saucepan..

  6. Bake for 20 minutes let sit for about 3 minutes to cool down in-order to cut easily and serve.
