easy breakfast. filling for one, especially when paired with coffee :).

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Veggie Omlette with Cheese and toast

3 egg whites
1 egg
6 mushrooms (4 oz)
2 oz green pepper, 5-6 slices
1 oz mozzarella, part-skim
1/2 serving Morrell Turkey, 1 slice
2 T Silk Almond Milk, original
1 slice onion
6 servings Pam
1 thomas english muffin, 12 grain
1/2 serving cream cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Veggie Omlette with Cheese and toast

  1. scramble egg with almond milk.

  2. chop veggies and liberaly spray pan with Pam.

  3. saute the veggies until desired doneness is reached (depending on how crunchy or soft you want them).

  4. Pour eggs on top and cook till just set.

  5. flip and cook other side. Place the slice of turkey on one half and place cheese on top. folf omlette in half and set aside, covered till cheese melts.

  6. toast muffin and spread 1 1/2 t cream cheese on each half. Divide omlette in half and serve with one half of the muffin.
