Mostly vegetable lean turkey meatloaf

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Veggie Meatloaf

1 3/10 lb Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
1/2 lb raw spinach
4 large carrots
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c oats
3/4 c 1% milk
1/4 c parmesan cheese
3/10 c plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Heinz ketchup
1/2 zucchini
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Turkey Veggie Meatloaf

  1. Finely mince all the vegetables.

  2. Heat the milk with the oatmeal.

  3. Mix all together, using only half the ketchup.

  4. Bake at 375 until the juices are bubbling, then glaze with remainder of the ketchup.

  5. Bake for another 20 minutes.
