Ground Turkey and Veggie Meatballs

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Veggie Meatballs

16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
1/4 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cups Spinach
1/2 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
6 serving Crackers Saltine Crackers Original
6 serving Classic Italian Four Cheese Spaghetti Sauce
2 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Veggie Meatballs

  1. Chop or grate vegetables finely.

  2. Mix all together (with only 1/4 c of sauce)

  3. Form into balls and brown in frying pan.

  4. Bake until done
