Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Veggie Meat Loaf (Clean)

20 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 clove Garlic
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
2 oz Soup, Chicken Broth
5 tsp Sauce Worcestershire
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Tomato Products
4 oz Apricot Jam Sugar Free

Recipe Directions for Turkey Veggie Meat Loaf (Clean)

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, carrot, zucchini, garlic, egg, oats, 2 tbsp broth, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

  3. Form mixture into a 9 by 5 in. loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with foil.

  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

  5. Mix tomato paste, jam, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire and 2 tbsp broth and brush mixture on top of meat loaf.
