Yummy and healthy mini-burgers made with low-fat ground turkey breast and veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Veggie Buger

3 cloves, raw Garlic
5 medium Carrots, Baby
0.25 cup Spinach
0.2 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
1 1tsp Olive Oil
5 serving ground turkey breast

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Veggie Buger

  1. Put olive oil in skillet

  2. Drop in chopped onions, defrosted/drained spinach, and garlic to sweat for 3 minutes

  3. Shred carrots

  4. Mix meat, spinach, garlic, onions, a pinch of salt, pepper, oregano and basil

  5. Break in 10 even parts

  6. Mound into mini-burgers

  7. Grill until cooked through
