Chop all the vegetables into little pieces, and then grill them on a grilling pan, except to the tomato, you want to leave them for last minute grilling before you add the meat, add a little of olive oil, some salt and black pepper to give them some flavor. on another pan cook the turkey and soya (soak the soya first to make it soft, and then drain it make sure no water is left) together with some salt and black pepper as well, along with some olive oil too. once cooked, all the vegetables and meat together and mix. if you have seasoning, add some too, to give it more flavor.
