Recipe Ingredients for Turkey vegetable soup

1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
1 cup chopped carrots
4 cloves garlic
2 T olive oil
1 T pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp ginger
1 T parsley
1 tsp marjoram
3 cups chopped turkey
2 cups mixed vegetables
4 cups organic chicken broth
1 cup brown rice
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Turkey vegetable soup

Chop onion, celery, and carrot and saute in olive oil until onions are clear. Add the spices and cook one minute to sweat out the spices. Add turkey, vegetables, broth, water, and rice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for one hour.
