Recipe Ingredients for Turkey vegetable soup

2 lbs lean ground turkey
24 oz broccoli
14 1/2 oz corn
29 oz green beans
14 1/2 oz asparagus
2 cups zucchini
2 cups squash
29 oz tomatoes, diced
16 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup onion, diced
2 cup celery, chopped
1 tbls garlic, fresh, minced
1 salt
1 ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey vegetable soup

  1. Brown ground turkey with onions and garlic

  2. Add all vegetables.

  3. cover with water

  4. add 3 bay leaves and salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Cook until vegetables are tender
