Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Vegetable Soup

20 oz ground turkey
8 oz onion
6 oz carrot
6 oz celery
44 oz cabbage
30 oz chicken broth
14 1/2 oz chopped tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
3 c water
1 Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Turkey Vegetable Soup

  1. Brown turkey and onions

  2. Add vegetables, broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water

  3. Simmer for 1 hour

  4. Makes 16 1-cup servings
