Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Vegetable Soup

4 cups turkey
1/2 large onion
3 medium potatoes
15 oz carrots
15 1/4 oz corn
12 cups water
1 Salt to taste
1 cup lentils (This is actually 1 cup dry soup starter mix)

Recipe Directions for Turkey Vegetable Soup

  1. Add 1 cup soup starter mix to 10 cups water. Boil for 2 hours or until it's soft.

  2. Add veggies, turkey, and seasonings.

  3. Cook until veggies are done.

  4. Serve warm.
