Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Vegetable Soup

24 ounce stewed tomatoes
12 ounce tomato sauce
2 cups frozen green beans
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups frozen peas
3 medium carrots
1 pound lean ground turkey
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for Turkey Vegetable Soup

  1. Brown the ground turkey

  2. Add stewed tomatoes (chop into smaller pieces or use diced) and tomato sauce

  3. Add about 4 cups water

  4. Add vegetables

  5. Add water to desired consistency

  6. Add salt/pepper to taste and any herbs you like, I use a simple country herb mix.

  7. Boil on a lower temp for about a half hour or until carrots are to desired softness.
