Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Vegetable Skillet

3 ounces turkey breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red pepper
1 ounce spinach
1 tsp soy sauce
1 medium onion
3 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Turkey Vegetable Skillet

  1. Season trukey with garlic and parsely flakes and coat with the olive oil.

  2. In a non stick skillet cook the turkey until it is done.

  3. Reserve the trukey and add the red pepper, spinach and onion to the skillet with the soy sauce and water. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes untill the onion is tender,

  4. Add the turkey and the ketchup and serve over 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice
