Turkey and broccoli slaw mini meat loaves

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey vegetable mini meat loaves

18 oz Ground Turkey Lean
1 small Onions
2 oz Ketchup
12 oz Broccoli Slaw
2 large Egg, Whole
1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Turkey vegetable mini meat loaves

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9 cups of a 12-cup muffin pan with baking cups and/or spray with nonstick spray.

  2. Grate onion into a large bowl. Add 1/4 cup ketchup and all other ingredients. Thoroughly mix.

  3. Evenly distribute turkey-veggie mixture among the muffin cups and top with ketchup, 1 teaspoon each.

  4. Bake until firm with lightly browned edges, 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!
