1 medium onion
2 cups red kidney beans
1 large red pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn

  2. stir fry vegetables add tomatoes, beans corn and cook till tender. Add spices to taste
